So Much Spinach – A Welcome Note

Since it’s inception, this space had been dedicated to my training for 2017 Chicago Marathon. The majority of my posts were about running and what life was like while running and all the things that effected my running and all the ways running effected me. Then I ran the marathon aaannnnddddd…..

And I realized I have a myriad other interests and passions besides running; it just wasn’t sustainable content for me. But I love writing, I love connecting with people around topics I love! So here we are, a space and place to chat and explore and connect and vent and inspire and commiserate. Here we will focus on the things in life that take up the most space in my brain; mom-ing, continuing my journey as a runner, self care, and an overall focus on a healthier, cleaner lifestyle.
